- Cut meat
- Mince garlic then smash and mix with water and seasoning sauce
- Add garlic mixture to meat and mix
- mix and add dry seasoning
- Marinate for 1 hour
- Dehydrate for 4 hours
- Add oil then Heat pan for 5 mins on low heat
- Cook each side for about 30 seconds to a min while pressing down with a spatula to make sure all parts are cooked
