These are thick rice noodles made used for Lao khao soi.

- Mix all the dry ingredients together
- Add in the oil and water and mix well
- Cook ½ cup of the liquid mixture on low until a dough forms
- Place the dough back in the liquid mixture and put it through a food processor then strain
- Oil the circular pan and lady enough to make a thin layer
- Bring a large pot to a boil and cook for about 1 minute
- Slice to your desired width
